We feel so excited this year that every wedding we shoot, we think wow that was the best one in a long time. Then the next one is just as special or even tops the last! Well Kambria and Jordan just blew it out of the park with this Leo Carrillo Ranch wedding. We do have to say Leo Carrillo Ranch is one of our favorite wedding venues in San Diego. We shoot probably fifty family photo shoots here every year and know it like the back of our hands. I honestly think Leo Carrillo knew lighting and photography when he built this ranch. It is a photographers dream venue! Every where you go there is a stunning place to take photos. We were even more excited to shoot here during that last our of the day when the light is soft and dreamy. When you combine the ideal venue with the most amazing couple, well you know what happens! I wish I had some really creative adjectives to describe this dream wedding. Kambria and Jordan have that special connection of love that you can feel and see. They just naturally fit together and that shows so much in the photos. They met country western dancing. How cool is that? One of those stories you always dream would happen and for them it did. Right out of a movie. Needless to say this was the best first dance and bride and groom dancing we have ever seen. From start to finish there was just so many touching moments. A few that stand out were the mom’s of the bride and groom both watching the first touch. This is where the bride and groom hold hands around a door and say a special something before the ceremony without seeing each other. Both mom’s were in tears watching. Then there was the emotional bride and dad first look. The one that touched us the most was Jordan’s face when Kambria entered the ceremony. It was priceless and then of course the tears that ran down his face! What another special wedding right in our area of Carlsbad Ca to remind us why we do what we do and love it.
