Dance Photography California was photographed at a local beach in Carlsbad CA. Carlsbad is just north of San Diego. Holly Ireland was lucky to photograph Charlotte and Kelly who are 2 of Royal Dance Academy’s top students. It was a fun photo shoot. These girls could do anything I asked them to do. We had an hour to shoot before the sun went down and I think they could have kept jumping till the morning! It must be nice to be young and not feel pain. I would have been crippled if I was on that side instead of behind the lens. Dance photo shoots are the reason I became a photographer :)
