San Diego High School Senior Portraits
Logan and his amazing family were on vacation in San Diego and thought how perfect to do his senior photos at the beach. They are from Pittsburgh so it’s definitely different to have unique senior photos. They picked La Jolla Scripps Pier for the backdrop. This is one of my favorite places to do beach photos. The Scripps Seaside Forum is located on top of the cliff and provides some cool back drops for portraits. Then we were extra lucky to get on the rocks just north of the pier. The tide was super low. We also made this a two hour shoot and did family photos at the same time. It worked out perfectly.
We had a blast walking down the beach taking photos and we were topped off with an awesome sunset. It was one of those marine layer grey days but there was one opening of the clouds right at the horizon. Well, the sun peaked through right at the perfect moment!
